I hired Sonica to handle a simple uncontested divorce. Something that should have taken a couple of weeks ended up taking months. She never returned my phone calls and if she was missing a document to proceed she would wait for me to finally get a hold of her (after weeks of leaving messages) to let me know that something was incorrect or missing. She didn’t seem to know much about the law and I do not feel she was serving my best interest. The uncontested divorce was very cheap ($1400), however it is not worth it!!! Just do the paperwork yourself, it will be less work than hiring this lawyer!

Budgen Law Group was awesome! They were professional, courteous, patient, and truly cared about my bankruptcy needs. I always received an immediate response when I had questions or inquiries about my case. They took the stress of dealing with a bankruptcy and turned it into a very pleasant experience!! Would recommend them to anyone!!

Ms. McClintic did a great job for me and my son. He got into some trouble that he shouldn’t have and she was a real godsend for me and my husband. A friend who had used her services for her own son recommended her and we could not have been more pleased. She used to be a catholic nun but ended up leaving the convent. She really cared about my family and understood what we were going through. I recommend her completely.

all the bad reviews you read are the ones that you should believe they do not return calls unless its to their benefit they led me to believe my money was going to come in one lump sum come to find out its payments that they will hold until paid in full none of that was brought to my attention until it was time to sign

Having this attorney represent myself was a horrible experience. He has very little experience and is of no use in court. There are much better attorneys in the Central Florida area that are at the same cost level as Mr. Rainey. Not only is Mr. Rainey’s work sub-par, but his office staff seems to be just as unknowledgeable as Brent. Even though errors were committed by Mr. Rainey that required myself to terminate his services he has not felt the need to return any of the thousands in unearned fees. If you select this attorney then realize that this was a wrong decision you will be fighting for your money. Please do yourself a favor and rethink if this attorney is the best you can find. Central Florida is a large area with many other attorneys. When choosing an attorney do not settle for one instead chose one you are happy with.
